Providence Water Supply Board Atwood Avenue Water Main Extension, Johnston, RI
October 2020 - July 2021: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed approximately 2,920 linear feet of new 12” ductile iron water main on Atwood Avenue in Johnston, RI. The project included new fire hydrants, and new residential water services, as well.
Cumberland, RI Town Water Dept. Diamond Hill Road water main replacement phase II
July 2020 - July 2021: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed approximately 5,850 linear feet of new 12” ductile Iron water main, including new fire hydrants and 60 new residential water services. The project also consisted of temporary bypass while installing the new water main.
Town of North Smithfield, RI Mechanic St. and Old Great Road Water Main
June 2020 - December 2020: Installed approximately 5,300 linear feet of new 8” C900 Water Main in an area previously without Town water service. A portion of the project included horizontal directional drilling to install the water main at a culvert crossing on Mechanic St. The project also included total reconstruction of the road once the utility improvements were completed.
Rhode island college South Campus sewer project
May 2020 - June 2020: Boyle & Fogarty Construction performed spot repairs to the existing sewer main on campus, which also included cured in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in one section of the sewer system.

Pettaconsett Avenue Siphon chamber replacement, Cranston, RI
December 2019: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed pumps to bypass a 30” gravity sewer main and an 8” force main from the Worthington pump station in order to replace the existing siphon chamber. We installed the new precast structure and stubbed in the 30” gravity main, 8” force main, as well as a 14” force main, 27” gravity main and 16” gravity main into the new siphon chamber. The project was completed with finished brickwork and Parson-Poxy lining in the interior of the structure.
town of Blackstone, MA
Drainage Improvement Plan, Rathbun St., Blackstone, MA
November 2019 - December 2019: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed approximately 750 linear feet of HDPE drainage pipe to improve drainage on Rathbun St. and adjoining side streets. As part of the project, we installed four drainage manholes, while also removing and replacing four catch basins.

Old County Road Water Main Replacement, Smithfield, RI
June 2019 - October 2019: Boyle & Fogarty Construction replaced the existing 3,320 linear feet of 8” water main with 12” zinc coated ductile iron pipe. This included the installation of new hydrants, valves, and blowoff assemblies. 6,200 linear feet of bypass was set up on both sides of the road to ensure all residents maintained water supply during project construction.

Diamond Hill Road Water Main Replacement
June 2018 – June 2019: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed approximately 12,000 linear feet of new 10” cement lined ductile iron pipe, including valves, residential services, and hydrants. Temporary bypass was also installed while the project was underway on Diamond Hill Road.

2015B Infrastructure Improvements
July 2016 - February 2019: Boyle & Fogarty Construction installed approximately 23,000 linear feet of 6” to 12” ductile iron water main in the city of Warwick and the Town of West Warwick. Also included in the work were the installations of service connections, connections to existing mains, hydrants, valves, fittings, by-pass piping systems, and appurtenances.
2014B Infrastructure Improvements
May 2015 - September 2017: Boyle & Fogarty Construction completed a large water main replacement project in the Town of West Warwick. Approximately 4,100 linear feet of 12” ductile iron pipe was installed, and 18,000 linear feet of 8” ductile iron was installed. The work also included some repairs to the sewer system in the area, including the installation of sewer manholes.
